Cash Terms

Thanks for being a loyal BubblesMapper user. In connection with the Services, you may purchase, activate, or otherwise use BubblesMapper Cash, which is subject to these terms and conditions and BubblesMapper’s User Agreement, the terms and conditions of which are expressly incorporated by this reference (together, the “BubblesMapper Cash Terms”). Any undefined, capitalized terms will have the meaning set forth in the User Agreement. BubblesMapper Cash is offered to you by the BubblesMapper entity who provides you with Services under your User Agreement (“BubblesMapper”). By purchasing, activating, or otherwise using BubblesMapper Cash, you expressly acknowledge that you understand and agree to these BubblesMapper Cash Terms.

BubblesMapper Cash is a gift card issued by BubblesMapper. You can purchase BubblesMapper Cash through the Services, including without limitation the BubblesMapper Application (“BubblesMapper App”). BubblesMapper Cash may only be used and accessed through the Services, and may be used to pay for unlock fees, reservation fees, and per-minute/per-hour/per-item charges for booking of BubblesMapper host facilities that you request through the Services, and as otherwise set forth in the BubblesMapper Cash Terms (collectively, "Charges").

BubblesMapper Cash may only be purchased using your local currency and can only be purchased and used in your country. BubblesMapper Cash has no value until used to pay Charges. BubblesMapper Cash is personal to you and cannot be gifted or otherwise transferred to another party. BubblesMapper Cash is not reloadable, does not expire before legal periods of limitation, and its purchase and use are not subject to any fees. Except to the extent required by applicable law, BubblesMapper Cash is not refundable, and is not redeemable for cash.

Once you purchase BubblesMapper Cash, BubblesMapper Cash will automatically become your source of funds for the Charges. By purchasing BubblesMapper Cash, you authorize BubblesMapper to use your BubblesMapper Cash balance for any Charges or other amounts you owe to BubblesMapper. To use BubblesMapper Cash, you must always maintain a valid alternative payment method in your BubblesMapper App. For clarity, BubblesMapper Cash cannot be used to pay for all goods and services requested through the Services. Excluded categories include without limitation any Charges incurred outside your country, fees for BubblesMapper Access or BubblesMapperPass, and for products or services accessed outside of the Services. You authorize BubblesMapper to use your alternative payment method to pay for the amount of any Charges exceeding your BubblesMapper Cash available balance and for any Charges that are ineligible for use with BubblesMapper Cash. BubblesMapper reserves the right to expand, limit, or otherwise change the scope of goods and services that may be redeemed using BubblesMapper Cash without notice.

BubblesMapper may delay your access to BubblesMapper Cash and/or the Services and request information from you to confirm your identity before BubblesMapper allows use of your BubblesMapper Cash in order to comply with applicable laws. If your BubblesMapper Cash balance is suspended, your alternative payment method will be used for any Charges incurred. BubblesMapper may impose limits on the amount of BubblesMapper Cash you can purchase or use in a single day.

You may choose to purchase BubblesMapper Cash as a one-time purchase, or you may enable the BubblesMapper Cash Auto-Reload feature in your Wallet.

BubblesMapper is not responsible for, and will not replace, lost, stolen or inaccessible BubblesMapper Cash funds. BubblesMapper may refuse, cancel, deduct, or hold funds and orders to investigate suspected fraud, violation of the User Agreement, and/or to correct BubblesMapper Cash balance and other system errors. BubblesMapper reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions or terminate accounts at any time in BubblesMapper’s sole discretion. If BubblesMapper cancels or terminates access to your BubblesMapper Cash funds for violating the User Agreement, your right to use the funds in your Wallet immediately ceases. Further, BubblesMapper may suspend or otherwise limit your access to your BubblesMapper Cash funds if BubblesMapper suspects, in our sole discretion, fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity associated with your BubblesMapper account. If you delete your BubblesMapper account, your ability to redeem BubblesMapper Cash funds in your Wallet may be terminated, without any right to refund or any other compensation for you (except to the extent required by applicable law). Please check your account for any balance prior to deleting your BubblesMapper account. BubblesMapper reserves the right to modify these BubblesMapper Cash Terms at any time, with or without notice.
